1. Services Agreement
By consulting or placing an order with JagoKode, you agree to these Terms of Service. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in the initial project brief agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payments & Handover
Payment terms depend on the agreed milestone layout. The full source code and credentials will be handed over to the client only after full payment is finalized.
3. Revisions & Support
Revisions are provided within the agreed scope. Support or bug-fixing requests after deployment are covered according to the warranty period specified in the initial contract.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon completion of the project and full payment received, all intellectual property rights and full ownership of the source code are transferred entirely to the client.
